Richard Stephens, Organizer for the National Nurses Organizing Committee, has arranged for a special Jobs with Justice fund raising breakfast to be held at Morelia's restaurant, 2707 W Jefferson Blvd in Dallas, 8-10 AM on Saturday, March 8. Rossia Avery is printing tickets to be sold for $10 each. We will honor State Legislator Roberto Alonzo for his many contributions to progressive struggle in North Texas.
All Jobs with Justice activists are called upon to help sell the 250 tickets.
At present, we have 13 volunteers ready to go to the conference May 2-4 in Providence, Rhode Island. All of us in North Texas will benefit from the education, energizing, and networking they will do.
